These Terms & Conditions govern holiday package bookings, taxi transfers, hotel arrangements, and flight assistance provided by Meet Tours & Travels (Proprietor: Manmeet Singh Hora), operating from Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
1Vehicle Fleet Scope
Vehicles Provided by Meet Tours & Travels:
- Prime Sedans: Swift Dzire, Toyota Etios (Up to 4 Passengers)
- Executive Sedans: Maruti Ciaz, Honda City (Up to 4 Passengers)
- Premium SUVs: Toyota Innova Crysta, Maruti Ertiga (Up to 6-7 Passengers)
- Force Urbania: 10 Seater, 12 Seater, 14 Seater Luxury Vans
- Luxury Tempo Travellers: 9 Seater, 12 Seater, 16 Seater, 20 Seater, 26 Seaters
Note: We do NOT operate large 50-seater commercial buses. All vehicles are sanitized, AC-equipped, and chauffeur driven.
2Quotations & Advance Booking
All online inquiries and initial WhatsApp estimates are dynamic based on travel dates, seasonal demand, hotel room category availability, and fuel rates. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of advance token payment and written confirmation by our team.
3Outstation Multi-Day Billing Criteria (250 km / Calendar Day)
For all outstation multi-day tours across Madhya Pradesh, the standard billing criteria is a minimum average of 250 km per calendar day (e.g., a 3-day roundtrip has a total quota of 750 km).
- If the vehicle travels less than 250 km on any single day, billing is calculated based on the mandatory minimum 250 km daily average for the entire trip duration.
- Any extra distance driven beyond the cumulative trip quota (e.g., beyond 750 km on a 3-day trip) is charged at a nominal per-kilometer rate confirmed before departure.
- Toll taxes, state border permits, and parking charges are either included in your package or billed transparently at actuals as agreed.
4Tolls, Parking & Driver Night Allowances
Our cab and tour package quotations clearly specify whether highway toll taxes, state border permits, and parking charges are included or payable at actuals. Driver night allowances (DA) for outstation stays are included in all confirmed multi-day itineraries.
4Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling
In the event you need to reschedule or cancel your trip:
- Notify Manmeet Singh Hora (+91 96691 55583) as early as possible via WhatsApp or phone.
- Hotel and airline cancellation charges apply per respective third-party hotel & airline policies.
- Cab booking advances for local Indore / Ujjain / Omkareshwar trips can be adjusted to future travel dates subject to 24-hour advance notice.
5Force Majeure (Weather & Road Closures)
Meet Tours & Travels shall not be held liable for route delays or missed sightseeing caused by natural disasters, monsoon landslides, extreme fog, airline cancellations, or sudden government road closures. Our team will proactively arrange optimal alternate routing.
